My journey with Manju ma'ams cooking classes started with "Italian Non-Veg Dishes" class, wanting to learn how to cook pasta & ended up learning 5 quality italian dishes. I have cooked "Lasagne" more times than pasta... & this dish was a hit in all my family get-togethers (so many great memories). So wanting to learn more I started following Manju ma'ams cooking class schedules & learnt many quality recipes "Thai Cooking classes, Indian Chicken classes, Starters 'n' Snacks classes, Dessert classes, Cool Drink classes & many more".
Out of my experience, Manju ma'am is a very good teacher with amazing experience & very patient in answering all my questions even though I have no cooking experience.
Very good Presentation & Tasting of each dish after the class.
Overall, I am very happy to have chosen Manjus Cooking classes & I would highly recommend this place to everyone interested in learning good quality & tasty restaurant quality dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 4 of us did this class. It was brilliant to see how to cook traditional Indian food as we are from Australia. We were given recipes for all and Manju explained everything we needed to know and answered any questions. The food was delicious and we were all able to take part in cooking, and so were able to lower the heat level slightly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice place to sit down, relax, and learn some Indian dishes.
The lady who runs this knows a lot of dishes inside and out and always had an answer to our questions. Recipes are printed and given to you right from the start to take any additional notes that you might decide to take.
The house is also lovely and she does a very good job at presenting complicated dishes in a simple way. There is also plenty of equipment so no washing up is needed between dishes! At least not for the customers.
Hygiene is also well kept

Reply:
Tone was high and intonation was so high any man can make out that you were rude. I knew you have directed me to website.
there is a polite way to speak up im addressing your tone when you speak up with consumer.

We were a class of five watching Manju cook. She was kindly answering all questions. We got copies of the recepies and a lot of tips. The Butter Chicken was the best I've had in India this far! I will come back to learn more :)
