a pretty cool environment is there,hopefully good for those who works in zirakpur and panchkula area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built residential area. Road to the place is not very wide. Good & congestion free locality. Feels like village. Directions is little bit tricky but you will reach if you follow all steps given by Google maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give 3 star but as I live in mannat enclave 2 so couldn’t restrain my self from giving 4. Yes it’s a nice and peaceful place to live in . But still I would say roads are not good. Market is under development. No medical ? assistance is near around this place. But yes still a good place. Far away from pollution and traffic. ?

Cons:
1. The markets are not fully developed near the colony
2. Dust as their are residential homes under construction
Pros:
1: Appropriate water supply
2: Fresh air as it is at a distance from main roads
3. Parks & a lot of greenery nearby.
4. Gated Society
