★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innovative Japani Samosa. Served with yum Pindi Choley. Last Sunday of every month & 14, 15 Aug, 25, 26 Jan of every year it is close.
Till eighties it was located at the opposite side of road and known as Arya Jalpan Bhandar. Now it is known as Manohar Dhaba.
The only drawback is oil. Taste is ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they have an all together a different concept .. the samosa that they do provide they claim it to have more than 70 layers .. you can see in the pictured that you have quite a unique type of presentation for the food .. the samosa was good and i would say it is less of a samosa and more of a patty rest you can try it out

Serving the famous japani samosa in old delhi since 1949, this place is located in chandni chowk.
People like almost everything that they serve but their japani samosa is the most unique dish on their entire menu.
These look very different from our regular samosa, they are known to have around 60 layers to them which makes them so much more crispy and the centre is soft and filled with the samosa filling. They are served with chole and mint chutney. Absolutely delectable and caters to all your chatpata cravings.
Absolute must have on your next visit to old delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special about either the Japani samosa or the cholle. The samosa is just your regular aloo patty/puff and cholle are thick gravy based with minimal taste of masala but very high on baking soda.
