β β β β β Worst service ever. my scooty met with an accident two months ago. At first their service manager(sumit) told me that your scooty will be ready by 15 jan.
It was his commitment. But in jan 15 he told that the parts are still not there .so I asked how much time it will take he said you can take your scooty by 30 jan. I came back. But in jan 30 the same excuse that the parts are not there I asked how much time will it take? He told me you can take your scooty by Feb 5. At Feb 5 there was a new excuse that the d&O is not there.he told me that when the d&o will be there he will call me but there was no call till Feb 9 at last the d&o came or whatever he gave my scooty.
But the interesting thing is that in my scooty there was no fuel at all when i came to pickup my scooty.but when I dropped my scooty in the yamaha showroom there was fuel.
The rear tyre was punctured how and why manor motors knows.(this was just the servicing in accident case)
Before the accident
The service was bad
They take out the fuel from the scooty.once the worker broke my scooty's headlight and told me that it was broken before you give it for the service.
(While buying the scooty)
The took 10 k advance a day before the delivery but On the delivery day they tell us that there is no scooty in our warehouse right now.
They told us to wait half n hour but till 4 hours nothing is changed no scooty nothing they took full payment and we wait 4 hours at last they took a showroom piece and sold to us this morons don't know how to treat their customers. There is no negative comment for the scooty it is a overall good scooty.but for this experience in the showroom I want to give (-10) rating in the rate chart which is not there.
At last a suggestion to Yamaha at least stay on your commitments.

β β β β β Worst service ever. They made us pay a charge called as 'Overall Checking' where they did not check the reported issue. After 5 hours they find that it cannot be resolved by them because they are unable to open the screw and also they do not have that part. Also, they don't know when that part will be available. And we still have to pay all the charges after wasting 7 hours only to find that your bike has the same issue as it had before servicing. Such careless and over confident guys are working here.
So, the learning from here is that if you have any issues make sure you are present and you highlight it if you have any issues. But again you are wasting time there, as it's not your work as a customer. They should check everything thoroughly if they are charging 500rs for the so called - 'overall checking'. For my case, it was a useless checking and a total wastage of time n money. Am not at all happy with the service and management.

β β β β β Worest service and behaviour management of the staffs. Even they misbehave with coustomer like a 3class person. I have experienced the behaviour while servicing my Yamaha vehicle.
I have one FREE SERVICE but they ask me MONEY for free service charges. I asked why I have to pay for free service charges, i didn't get proper reply even they scold me and miss behave so badly . After that they put the withner and make the correction and change the date in my service book and return the book. I asked why you changed the date in service book dates and gave me. Really so worest experience in this Yamaha Berhampur branch.
