★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ac installation guy from the store is not trained. During lockdown i purchased an ac and he installed the ac on wall and we noticed a major break in back panel of AC itself. On contacting they gave response which was a problem itself so I directly contacted Mitsubishi service centre and got to know that they are not authorised dealer of that particular brand ( it was in summer 2020) so whatever installation damage is done is not Mitsubishi company responsibility. On several requests they finally changed it from manoranjan store.

Its been around 15 days, i am following up continuously with the service and support but no help so far.
I purchased 3 AC’s and its not even 1 month.
Disappointed.
Be aware, please buy from amazon instead.

At the time of selling m/s Manoranjan, made huge promises and commitments, but after buying the product none of the commitments or promises followed.
For each and every problem they directed us to customer support.
We bought a 600 liter Kelvinator Refrigerator, in Nov 2020. They promised us Rs 2000 cash back on buying through HDFC Bank debit card, which never ever credited. They promised around a Rs 3000/- gift after registering the product, which never delivered.
More over the product Kelvinator 600L also gone bad during the 1 Year comprehensive warranty period, even after 17 days they are not able to repair or replace the refrigerator, although this warranty was promised for 10 years.
Despite following all the instructions to book complain on toll free number as well as through email, etc, neither company, nor the dealer m/s Manoranjan are able to provide proper support. They are still unable to replace or repair the unit. We are stuck with now.
So, we request everybody to consider all the points before any purchase from this dealer as well as the Company Reliance which is the actual company behind the big international brand KELVINATOR.
