Original Letter from society on society letter head is mandatory proving that you are staying at present address since dd/mm/yyyy.(Refer format below). Also carry electricity/gas bill of exactly one year back as well along with current bill in case if asked.

I would recommend carrying xerox copies of all required documents including old passport etc. and prepare the set of documents from home itself. This is help save time for the police as well as for us.
