taken 1603rs ticket from panvel to Baroda, bus late for 2hrs and passenger setting in long too.???

Took my money 60000 and never returned...
I have all proofs .
Namely waheed and imran.
They are very irresponsible.
Please dont trust this travels...soo I am taking them to police.. I need my money.. I am going to file a case very soon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloody bustards very horrible experience from Gujarat to Bangalore. 1. Bus timimg was 11.45am boarding but bus reached @ 12.45pm.
2. No blanket was provided after so high prize ticket.
3. As we started & went around few km bus got buncher @ 1.30pm & it took almost 2.30pm to get repaired.
4. Every time driver was giving stops in so un higenie places not even able to breath over there & idiot driver told that there is no other places to stop further coz its highway if not you hve to pee in open space.?
