Wilted vegetables and very poor service - almost all the staff were clustered chatting, and the cashier slammed down every vegetable after weighing - just to make sure anything still fresh was now bruised. The bagger also put a heavy bag on top of the bread bag. Before the shop had professional, helpful and efficient staff. No longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been shopping at this place since it opened , today on the 30th of November 2021, as I came up for the checkout and was waiting for my cart, a driver who came after me and took out his cart was given first preference in line … even if I want to overlook that .. he was accompanied by a young girl who kept picking stuff from the candy section and I had to keep waiting till the young madam had decided she had her fill… the incompetency of the staff to deal with such issues is pure disappointment and disgust at my end . I asked for the store manager to be called … which of course was answered by someone by the name of Noor who is normally at the check out counter. He insisted I tell him the problem … finally I had to tell him firmly that I wanted to talk to the store manager only… had to wait for 10 minutes till she (Dolly) showed up … and the only thing she had to say for it was it won’t happen again… if this is how you treat your oldest customers there are lots of online portals available for grocery shopping… all selling at the same rate … totally disgusted with the entire approach and they really need to teach their staff about how to go about their jobs
