★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Throughout the year, there will be distortions in the tv signals... especially during monsoons. You won't be able.to see Hindi or english channels due to this.
Sometimes they don't pay the channels and thus, they show the channel in the test channel links, forging signals from Siti or Hathway(stealing)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my bad luck that i am a part of manthan hd cabel service,, frankly speaking they are an imposter,, cheating is in there blood,, they dont have minimum power backup,,nd also they have huge dfrns in bwn there website annoucnd package nd ongong channls,, u people should deserve a notice frm consumer forum. sangeet bangla,nat geo hd, nat geo wild hd, fox hd thoze are not available,, but i am still paying there announce package price 513+service tax.... take an immidiate action..

Customer care executive don't answer the call and not coordinate with the customer well during the telephonic conversation they guys disconnect the phone kindly take the serious action against it..

The network service provider in the area is damn rude and since past October channels are not airing in the television. Neither he is cancelling the connection nor he is refunding the amount for the setup box. One should never use this dth service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service. Unable to watch "MirrorNow" for last two months although it is included in the package. Informed my local operator and also lodged a online complaint with "Manthan" but nothing happened so far. In spite of several attempts unable to contact them over phone nos provided on the website.
They did not bother to respond to my complaint. In fact they are shamelessly and unethically cheating the customers.
