I was suppose to get my flat possession in 2020 and now its 2022 haven't got it yet. builder is not giving completion certificate to get the flat possession. every time I ask they say they don't have any idea.
The kind of aggression they show while colleting money if they show the same in doing the work then things will be much better. very slow in completing the project. building is already started looking old. god knows when will I get possession.
Don't go on the building design they show while booking. In design they shown me 12 floor+ 2 floor parking and in reality the made only 10. they told me that they will get the permission later to construct top 2 floor but it was a fake promise. don't fall for it.
They told me that they will make the outside road better but no update on that. still it is in worst condition.
looks like they take people money and time granted.
