★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff service with disastrous attention, they even don't serve water while the function is going on & you can't leave the stage or floor.
Most exhausting thing.. you have to go down 2 floors each time for basic water . The staff Will come at your rooms n throw you out At sharp time without any extension to pack things or change cost.. NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big hall, can accomodate more than 1000 people. But there are lots of issues with this hall which needs to be looked into by the management.
1. It doesn't have a lift. Celebration hall is on 1st floor and you expect old people coming here. So lift is a necessity. Secondly the rooms are on 2 floor. It's hard to take all the luggage of people on 2 floor without lift.
2. Rooms are on terrace. Not recommended in rainy season.
3. Parking in basement is not at all clean/accessible. Water logging happens with small amount of rain.
4. Road to hall is not prepared properly. It's a big slope from the main road and there's a big hole on either side of the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and very specious rooms. Big and clean terrace. Nice bride and groom rooms.
Washrooms with geyser.
Marriage hall is good with stylish stairs at entrance.
But there was dump of stuff at entrance for food service, it made the entrance look a bit shabby. Reception serving plates and reception area was not that clean. No place for handwash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been there for a wedding and travelling from Mumbai to Nagpur was bit tiring, the main hall is on first floor and is quiet spacious and minimal the ground floor is big wide and is a buffet hall. The terrace is having multiple dorms which cam easily accommodate 150 + people at a time. Overall a nice experience, no complaints, parking is available, the air conditioning and lighting is good, the place has ample washrooms for guests and is a good venue to celebrate your special events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking, presently park at vacant place, which 2-3 feet down from road. Difficult to park, parking area is dirty.
No drinking facilities inside the hall,
Drinking area outside the hall without proper shade, in summer children need frequently water, we have to go outside the hall premises.
