★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer support, bad experience. Spoiled 4000 rs dress when given for an alteration. Owner never responded for first3 days. At last blame us & never understand the UNskilled workers at his store. It's going to go close soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase ethnic wear for my sister. When we entered the chudidar section, the AC was off. Being a closed room, there was no air circulation and it was all suffocating and claustrophobic. When we asked them to turn on the AC, the staff told that they will have to hear scoldings if the AC is kept on. The staff was not so welcoming, their attitude towards the customers is not please. Though the first impression was not good. We thought of continuing shopping there since have entered the shop. There we saw damaged clothes kept 2 sections, one separate from good clothes and the other set of damaged along with good clothes. We liked a dress, on which 2 prices were written, one is 3990 and other one is 2800. The sales staff told that we get that dress for rs. 1500 after discount. We came down to pay the bill, the cashier(very arrogant lady) the male staff who accompanied us for billing told the bills as 3990 rupees. I reminded them this it had discount, the cashier was billing 2800 rupees. I told them that the sales staff at chudidar section told that the dress was of 1500 after discount. They started arguing with me regarding the price. 3 different staff gave 3 different prices for the same dress. They called the staff and simply started cooking up stories that 1500 rupee dress was a different one. However i asked them to check their cctv footage. They said they can't check it, saying the footage is only live. Finally the cashier lady billed 2000 rupees. I agreed to pay and i paid. I asked them if they have a feedback book. They say that they don't have. AFTER PAYING THE BILL, THE CASHIER THREW THE BILL AT ME, it went and fell on the floor. I dint expect this disrespectful attitude towards customers from their end. I'm including the price tag on the dress and the bill for your reference. DON'T EVER BUY THINGS FROM THIS PLACE. DON'T ENCOURAGE CHEATING BUSINESS PEOPLE LIKE THEM!!!!!!!
