It's a beautiful house with best services in totality. Customer satisfaction is their top priority for sure. Rooms are damn spacious and good environment.. We do not have a single point wherein we can raise our concern, it was that beautiful experience..!!

1. Possession date in sale agreement ranges from 2012 to 2020+. God knows when we will get the flat
2. Block 1, 3, 4, 5 - We are 2000+ home buyers struggling day in and day out.
3. Most of us paid 100% through bank loan. Now we are paying Rent + EMI. Huge financial loss + Emotional breakdown in life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like the latest review comments are all from the builder side people to promote the restarted project. Otherwise We booked our apartment in 2015 with delivery commitment of 2018 and upfront payment of 70% paid in advance. Till now paying large EMI to bank and looking at the money spend we would have really bought Ready to move Flat with other prominent builders.
Project location, construction quality, connectivity and facilities are definitely worth considering. However, buying apartment at your own risk.

The property is huge and looks beautiful. Planning of this is spot on and the four floored club house with Swimming pool, Bandminton courts, library, Mini Movie theatre, Squash Court, open air party hall, billiards, indoor games, gym and many more. All in all a wonderful place to invest and upcoming Mantri mall just beside the property another positive as well. Please visit once and I am sure you will fall in love with the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing about my recent experience with CRM team at Mantri Serenity, Project is near complete for almost all the blocks and construction quality is good as well. Location is the major highlight of the project and registrations have already started. Faced few initial hiccups with CRM team but Rashmi and Kavitha had made the process really smooth and they took feedback positively and provided a good customer experience. Would recommend to reach out to Rashmi if you have any problems and she would be ready to help. Happy with the overall customer service and this is not a paid review :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the property recently. From the outside the property looked like a lower income group structure similar to that being built by the Government in Mumbai for slum developers. Inside the 3bhk apartment is spacious with good ventilation. Cannot really comment on the quality of the construction, But the look from the road gave a very poor impression for the price being charged. The look of the old Gokulam apartment opposite this property is better. Location wise very good. Next to metro station and main road
