1.Driver 45 mins late for pick 2.Owner says: Driver is illeterate so canot manage time.Threatens customer by saying he will cancel booking(At the time of departure) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

He was very courteous and responsive, he allocated excellent driver Dinesh who was well versed with region, well behaved and service oriented. Every thing else was fine just that I found the seat arrangements to be bit cramped specially for tall people. Thanks Mr. Manoj for overall a good suggestion and service.
