Agree, external road are not good which is beyond builder control however internal roads are maintained well. Except which on all other parameters property can be rated high.

Very good sales person to explain and help. 700m - 1km stretch road is not there and expected soon per developer as approved by government. Good for investment with scope for future development as 2-3km from here the prices are 2x.
