★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attendant miscommunicated lots of things, not sure what he had in mind. He said exchange are not allowed, though they mention on invoice 15 days exchange.
In next visit I asked him about exchange, he clearly denied then when mentioning that it is written on invoice and I confirmed with customer care, then he again lied that it is not allowed for Indo-western. Again on forcing him that customer care is saying it is allowed then only he got convinced.
The collection of clothes was good but not happy with this kind of staff behaviour.
