We saw one 3 piece suits at Raipur but didn’t get the size we were looking for.
Customer care told us that size is available at karol bagh store. we contacted to the store over the call around 8pm and store confirmed us about the availability of the same article.
it was unbelievable that Our article was dispatched for our hometown bilaspur, Chhattisgarh within 30 mins.
We received the same in next 3 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of any manyavar showroom till now . As your employees are not well mannered , the one ( may be Ravi ) who are older than everyone .
He needs training, i don't tell you to fire him but please trained him , if you trained him , you definitely close more sales
May be 20-30k more per day in peak days .
As i have chosen a dress for me about 13k but i dropped my plan , as his behaviour was so rude when I ask for another dress . I dropped my plan for him only.
I bought from CP manyavar then and the customer experience are awesome there just like 5* , their staff are well trained.
Trained your employees always for your more sales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A popular brand and a big store but the service was the worst possible. The article that was supposed to be given two days back is not yet ready and when asked why is the delay, they had all sorts of excuses. After every 30 min they say 5 min more, it was sort of urgency for me but they did their best to further delay.

Alteration service is too bad as well, sales
man don't know how auspicious the day is
for you and they don't value your time, and
you have to get settled for defected
products. After two visit they still don’t deliver the product in good condition. I am really not get what i want too.
