★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff ask me to pay 2000 rs to take 5kg chairs in lift is this a joke or what. Your staff was roaming me one to other for 5 min work it tooks 2 hours. You definitely should look into this so that you won't get more worried on star ratings. In a normal flats we take the items in lift however in such a big flats there is no such service. Is this really a strict rule ?
