β β β β β Poor quality and bad services by the customer care support.. Motor is in guarentee period still we are suffering.. We have cattle feed industry..Suddenly during the production motor was burnt and the technical support person took 2 days to come.. we had to suffer loss of 2 days.. on the other hand he didn't do anything.. we had to send the motor to local market for binding.. after a month it againt burnt.. company is nor taking responsibility nither supporting on this issue..Very disappointed...
