One of marathon groups premium projects located in one of the most premium locations with extravagant views from each office. It is still under construction though with the first 26 floors already operational. Posting some of the beautiful views from my office on the 24th floor

It is located at eastern side of lower parel station so if you are going there by BW sea link go via mahalaxmi station towards Jacob circle(saat rasta)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that the AC has to be kept shut on Sundays, but at least 1 pedestal fan can be placed in the reception/ lobby area where guests sitting on the sofas can get some fan breeze. It’s terrible especially in this summer heat. I’m sure the management can keep 1 pedestal fan. Thanks for your understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best corporate offices here, multiple corporate in one building, helipad on the Top and there is a rooftop swiming pool. Which you can see from Urmi estate and peninsula. Good view arround. From every side you get good view specially from 18th floor. You will get to see both train station along with mono rail station. Starbucks at the ground floor. Zee office has major floors now. Puneet Goenka sits here.
