★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enquired about the tile replacement for roof tile of about 60sqft. The rate should be 900 as per rate mentioned (12/sqft) However the owner quotes 5000 rupee . Agree the area is small for full time engagement still the standard rate should not be more than 1400(700 mistri+500labour+200 for cutting machine rental s)And I expect professional services to have their own equipments and should not charge any rental cost from customer . I had a good conversation with the owner , however I don't think they can provide a cost effective solution for my problem. For this reason giving 2 stars
