I bought kadappa and granite on 14 May 2019, He asked to collect at 2pm but wasted our time by excuse of electric and delivered at 9pm night. In dark warehouse he uploaded material which we unloaded at Pen i.e. 30KM from shop. Later while installation on 13 June 2019 we discoverd that material is faulty, kadappa are thin and uneven. I formally complained to shop, they accepted to replace but then stop picking my call. No action taken by them till date 18 June, 2019. I hope I get justice else I will have to log a formal complaint with consumer court. My work is on hold, I am lossing money each hour. Frustrating experience.
