★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good but net facility is average .food quality is quite good and the rent is quite less compared to the facilities given and rest of PG's.
Daily cleaning option is complementary .
Rooms are small and cable charges are extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All facilities are available , Here Staff is very good nature , Satish Ji and Ramu Ji is very nice people , and food is fine . Its very good place for stay ..but Wifi not available and separate electricity bill you have to pay which is costly ....
Security is given back also to me .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place and I really disagree with some of the comments stating that it is a bad PG. I myself have lived there for quite a long time and consider it to be a perfect place to live. It is the best in the area . There is no noice outside, They have good food and other services are also great. Also, stating about the thing about not giving back security, they do inform you before that to get back security you have to inform them 15-20 days before leaving and give them a proper notice. Cleaning facilities have also been improved now.

The best pg I have lived in this area. Large, spacious and well lit rooms. There is peace and quite environment with no outside noice.
Room and cleaning services are highly efficient and regular. Proper facilities, power backup, good parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners alok, jitender and the manager named satish are greedy and bad mannered. They will talk to you very sweet when you have good money. they dont give my security deposit even though i gave them previous notice. so dont gave them any security money. the notice is on 23 may and i left the pg on 26 june, nearly one month of notice given to them.
And about pg they dont provide any tv and wifi facility. They have DG set but in power cut there is no diesel to run.
food quality is ok when ramu cook is there, otherwise you cant eat that. there is cockroaches and small insects travelling here and there in the kitchen.
i stay there in room no. 601 and you can ask them about me. i am uploading the notice letter here also.
16 DEC, 2021 UPDATE - ALL THE 5STAR RATINGS ARE FROM THEIR OWN PEOPLE AND TILL TODAY THEY DON'T PAY MY SECURITY MONEY AND WHEN I CALL THEM FOR IT THEY JUST AVOID IT AND BEHAVE VERY BADLY.
