★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marg teams pecially Kiran is irresponsible, For demos, they call and agree to the time for the meeting but dont turn up for meeting by dropping a message "I will come tomorrow as I have another meeting today" which is not acceptable. If this is a situation before buying software I can imagine after sales support :(
