★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great houses well knit community helpful people. There are two playgrounds,temple,two parallel gardens. The complex has a LOT of mosquitoes. Ample parking space but needs more visitor parkings. Lots of shops near the complex. The road is not so good outside the complex and has streetlights. Even has a multiplex nearby. Not so great for bachelors. Overall good experience but can be improved.

Stones throw away from PVR.
Located in Kanakia Mira Road and in a beautiful area but the only drawback what I felt if you leave being on roadside there could be commotion incase of traffic jam.

Flats are spacious and have cross ventilation. The building has become low lying over the years and gets water in the compound during heavy rains.
