★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff members are very cooperative, helpful, transparent and loyal as the name suggest Marigold they all are up to the mark in Real Estate Market, Sameer and staff helped in all possible ways and solution provided by them is very transperent and by leagal way, they support not only till you buy/sale the property but they support after that as well with many things like updating your name to Electricity bill, Property tax documents etc. Very attentive and knowledgeable they will give all answers to you questions any time you call them.
In short Marigold is the only one stop to buy/sale property hassel free ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sameer Sawant is reliable and genuine housing agent. A soft spoken person with very good attitude. Being far away from shelter he has always assisted me not only in finding the right tenants but also in getting the repair works done which differentiates him with others.
He is always reachable and keeps his promises.
