★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional company, contacted them via phone. The accountants just keep saying they will assist but they don't. If Marksmen customer support team is available, please reach out. I want to book a complaint against the accountants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed with Marksmen services. Despite paying all the society bills there is no improvement. It seems parasvnath builders jas given them a path to mint money in name of society bills for no services.
The moment their team come to know that flat is given on rent all the problems will start automatically and for that they will keep charging you extra. For instance, as a owner i stayed my flat for for 6 months and had faced no issues but the moment i rented out that flat all the problems started emerging one by one. First the water supply was stopped in name of i need to give them water flute i had no choice and i gave them. Then electricity supply was stopped i had to pay them separately. Then drainage choked as per society plumber parasvnath builder has not given proper connection. Now owner has to pay him 600 rs seperately for connection. And believe me everything was fine when i stayed there. What you doing ? Making fool out of people.
