★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small size pool. Membership is like taking ration from ration shop. Ration shops are gone. But this pool still haunts. Location is superb. In the heart of city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained and clean swimming pool. A place where one can relax as well as get some exercise. Springbroad is available. There are swimming instructors available all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old infrastructure, small 25 meter pool & kids pool. There is diving facility also but not functuonal. Pool was quite maintained & clean. Gallery with capacity of 1000 public. Pool lanes are only 5 & due to 25 mtrs length, state level competitions take at least 12 hrs to complete all events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since this is a small pool, membership is limited. Hence, less crowded. Usually, pool water is clear. Except for few rude staff, instructors are okay but money minded. Discipline is a little loose. For example: 1) Few lifetime and senior citizen members form huge groups in the pool and simply gossip. This is the most disgusting to other members whose swimming track is obstructed and wish to utilise their pool time fruitfully. 2) People especially overzealous parents and some visitors do not follow pool instructions. They will stroll very close to pool with their footwear. 3) Some people are seen taking pics and video shooting. This is absolutely unacceptable as it encroaches other people's safety and privacy.
These and some other things make a good experience just an average one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent sized swimming pool operated by thane municipality. Pool is neat and clean with well maintained changing rooms and showers.
Recommended for regular swimmers. Gets overcrowded at times and you have to find a lane for self. The timings are well suited for students and working people.

Especially just because of one COACH, i.e:- NARENDRA PAWAR...
The man who put his soul and taught us to swim and prepared us for long distance sea swimming...
5km...
And more important dint took a single penny...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open only for members. Direct walk ins not allowed. Entry restricted to old members only at this point. Gradually will open up for new members in a months time. Waiting period over 6 months for new members. Water is clean, L shaped pool
