★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a negative rating, this place deserves that. A perfect example of government office where no one cares about rules. You come here and keep standing for hours. Typical government employees who are rude to such an extent that you will regret coming here and on top of that no one is following any covid precautions. If anyone should be fined for not following covid rules, it should be the employees in this office. There is no respect for anyones time. People are made to wait and crowd for no reason. The employees you will see walking around instead of doing his work, spitting pan and chatting without mask. No parking space. In all be prepared to have a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marriage time given by them was 12 and exactly marriage documentation and all happened by 4 no washroom facility no sitting arrangements and not even a proper washroom and toilets there is only one and only toilet with no water arrangements and very dirty toilet I think they dint washed it from a month

If you have visited the site through broker you will not understand the pain of even reading this review.
If you go by yourself the fees is hardly 300 + 150 Rs (if you have all correcy documents) , incase you don't have be ready to pay bribe and they ask openly. More than government bureaucrats and customers you will find there brokers standing outside and inside the office. The so called this Navyug bureau who have even put there videos and photos in this review of marriage registration office you can find that guy sitting in b/w two marriage bureacrats and chit chatting and doing all the work with ease. You can understand why he is the sole person sitting in b/w them chit chatting and even having lunch with these guys with doors closed.
By the way just like SBI bank they too have a lunch time of 2 hours. They will not at all entertain you if you come without broker. AND if you don't know MARATHI you are gone .
My experience was worst here. The office doesn't have any parking , in case you park on the lane nearby you will get the fine from traffic police officer whom again you need to bribe.
Just for documents submission I had to make 5 rounds for documents submission. They will not tell the entire process to you on one day.. you come one day you will have to bring another document the next day and then online registration the next day and then slip next day. If server is down go back home come back again tomorrow.
Harassing experience.
Good point : The government officer lady sitting on other side seems to be giving proper replies when you ask her anything and was not rude also.

The only problem is, it’s a government office. If you want to register for a marriage, my advice is hire an agent. If you go solely, you will end up in wasting your time. I went there to register my brothers wedding, for some reason marriage officer came late, there were lots of people in queue. But we were able to complete the process.

I came here to get my marriage certificate
It costed me Rs.3k(with agent)
Which generally cost around Rs.2k(without agent)
Benefits for paying extra - I had to come only once, my application was taken on priority despite coming super late.
Never ever think of completing your formalities by yourself, you will be grinded, and delayed you know how government servants work right !
Avoid all of that by paying some additional penny and the process becomes smooth and quick
