We had ordered for a bosch washing machine here. He promised is a high end model and delivered a basic model. We even have a bill to offic this. When asked about this to the store manager and the owner he was very rude, exactly opposite to how he attended is when we went to buy the washing machine. Even after explaining him the scenario he neither agreed to deliver the correct model nor did he accept to refund the additional amount he had collected from us.
None of them over there have any informational regarding the product except for the price that they can sell it for.
Please don't go to this shop if you want to make sure that you receive the product that you had ordered.

Without prompt service, one cannot sustain for such long years. Time itself is a great testimony. We'll maintained store and very courteous management.
