Opted for Maruti Air Courier for sending important package urgently from Nagpur to Bengaluru. They told that it will be delivered in 2 days. After checking the tracking status, I came to know that package had already reached Bengaluru and is out for delivery 2 day before. I was astonished that package reached Bengaluru within one day and it is taking 3 days for delivery within Bengaluru after package is out for delivery.
Their tracking system has status update lag.
Not all information you will get in tracking details like: contact information, delivery person contact, reason for delay.
Website is poorly maintained.
