★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed The Address and didnt updated that in google maps , one new person who is not familiar with the route cant access them as they are in streets of jaipur. Secondly phone number is not updated on google , thats switched off when I called that. I got 1.5 hour late in between this rush. Totally bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAVE EXPERIENCED WORST SERVICE THROUGH THIS COURIER. THEY JUST TOOK MONEY SAYING THAT THEY SENDING BY AIR & THEY WILL TAKE 10 DAYS OR MORE TO DELIVER THE COURIER FROM JAIPUR TO PATNA. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COURIER . EVEN MANAGER IS SAYING THAT FLIGHT IS LESS. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY LESS FLIGHT IF YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY SLOT IN 10 DAYS WHY YOU ARE RUNNING THE COURIER SERVICES . DO NOT LIE TO CUSTOMER EVER.SERVICE IS PATHETIC EVER SEEN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big disappointment from your service, I did one courier on 16 Dec 2020 from Ajmer to Pune location, your staff at Ajmer location confirmed me this will be deliver in next 2 day lastly. for initial 5 days there was no system entry for my document so I can track where my parcel actually is, After 5 day entry was done on system that it reach Mumbai, now it almost 7 days gone but still the recipient not received it yet. Also I am calling on your customer care, they advice me to call at Ajmer location, I called this person today morning he told me please whats app the details to me I will make sure it will deliver today and now he is also not picking my call. I am owning a small firm and I was looking to contract with maruti services as few of my friends are using your services but now I am sure I will not going to use your service at all , also will not going to recommend it. Please make sure my parcel delivered by tomorrow any how !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even given 1 star is waste, MARUTIAIR is the worst courier company, never go with such fraud company, they promised me to deliver the courier within 2 days, its been more than 15 days, i have been calling the company, no one responds properly. Worst worst worst!
