1 they have many hidden charges
2 they don’t take care of the goods they are shipping .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional logistic service. They collected my house hold good on 19th Oct'21 with poor packaging and committed to deliver in 4 days. After several followup on 25th Oct'21 I had to hire another vehicle and labor to collect the goods from their partners godawn. Also my Mirrion ( which is having wooden base) is completely broken also all the support legs of Alna arealso broken. Not only that at the time of collecting my goods, their partner changed Rs 5585 as it was pending from them. I completely rerecomend not to Aavaili this logistic service I have the video of broken items also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mover & packer experience ever possible. The experience is rated as 1* because of
1. Packaging experience - they packed the items very poorly. All the 8 items that were shipped had poor packaging leading to 2 completely damaged products (sewing machine and side stand). The remaining 6 items all have major scratch marks.
2. Moving experience - they took the item from home but the delivery people said it's a courier service and refused to even drop inside the house. Finally they charged 500 extra for dropping
3. Payment - the full money was taken in advance
4. Service promise - 2 damaged items, 6 items with heavy scratch marks and one wooden plank missing making my bed completely unusable. The time of delivery was breached, product handling promise was breached and behaviour was very impolite of delivery staff. They almost threatened us to get the RS 500/-.
I had taken this service from justdial. Would not recommend this to anyone.
