★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service quality. The staff doesn't know how to talk to customers. I bought a swift 2012 right side taillight from there the moment i fixed the new taillight the taillight started getting moisture from inside within 2 days i went there and told them so the person working there is telling me "sir aap taillight tod do kya yeh dukaan taillight to hum exchange karne se rahe". I asked them is there someone higher authority there to whom i can talk to so no one answered me and then the person is telling me "sir kuch exchange nahi hoge wala taillight chayea to lekar jayo warna tod do humko matlab nahi" i don't know what staff is hired there if any higher authority of Maruti is reading this so please revert back to me very much upset with customer handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost impossible to get through on telephone, even to enquire about the status of parts which have already been ordered. If available, the parts sources are genuine, and at competitive prices. But quite often they give false hopes and keep stringing the customer along.
