★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dealer of stihl. Visited mr ashish for some bars and chains. First of all when I reached his office he made me wait outside for 15-20 mins. After he came I said to I want this product he was like nothing comes like this. I told him I had a word with technical person from stihl but he was not ready to listen. He said you go and sit in your car and talk there to technical person of stihl.
Mr ashish is full of arrogance and attitude. He said you can't find this product in india I gurantee you. He said if I don't have then you can't find in india . Really!!!!!!
Stihl is having a product and this guy says there is no product like this. Well I want to give him 0 rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No transparency. They will hide all details related to there products that customer must know. Even details regarding your warranty repair and service won't be revealed. They will not repair products under warranty on the same day even when the repair would take 5 mins and the repair guy is sitting free. Its Lazy service. If you want a good customer service and product experience then avoid them at all cost. Once they sell there products they will take every advantage of you as a customer. And won't even give you genuine tips to increase your product life and won't tell you what's repaired or replaced in your own product that you own.
