★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find their service Good. Their workshop layout gives customer satisfaction as it appears transparent and professional. I visited on a Sunday for my Car Servicing during this Covid pandemic. Being Sunday number of people working was less. However the Supervisor Prasenjit Mitra was helpful and committed to his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Auto is situated at Topsia, Kolkata. It has all the modern facilities for auto services. One can trust this Maruti Authorised service center. It may be little expensive but authentic parts are provided. Service of the centre is good. People are courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing part was poor. Did not clean the engine bay at all. When checked it was found that engine oil is lying at the bottom of the tank and in the bill it is mentioned 2.9 litre was added and other things were also there on bill but doubt whether those were really changed or not as these things were visible so could realize

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service station is good infrastructure is good but you never get back your car in proper estimated time. All stuffs are very lazy . You should take whole day time in your hand if you want to service your car from this service station.
