I thought to buy a high end breeza car but now no not in this show room. Worst experience with your sales representative.. Teach him how to talk with customers first... Whoever is the owner we are very disappointed and very let any of our relatives or friends come to your show room because of yur representatives..If you don't be replace them yu will lose your customers. Just think about this...

Dent removing team show completely no accountability. And also when we have questions they say that it's not our duty, including delivery head is not accountable.
Washing team is completely bad. They just apply different oil and clean.its very bad team and customer satisfaction is zero.
Basic services won't do properly.
Also when we get MS customer feedback, internal team request customer to give good feedback for bad service.
It's very bad experience with Maruthi Suzuki Venkatala yelahanka brach.
Worst experience.

It was great experience and Receptionist is so good with her passion and welcoming customers inside showroom with good communication.
May be you will buy a car R not is secondary but the experience that these people how treat customers is so good.??
