★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I book an appointment once for servicing and the time they gave is around 10 am in the morning. I received my car at around 6 pm that too without washing for which they said it would take another 2 hours. As I inquired they serviced 60 cars that day and the cars which came without appointment were serviced early than me. It was such a worst experience where you do everything right and you gets service at last.
No queue system is in place whoever stays on there head will get its work done first doesn't matter if you come through proper channel or not and moreover if they cannot service that much amount of vehicles on a single day why they give appointments.
2. Do check your bill once service is done they just add things that you don't require and which are even not at all given to you. Tell the advisor strictly at the start that you won't give good feedback if you are not satisfied with the service at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever by who ever is looking after this department, if u want me to put in details let me sum it up.
1. The part which has to be replaced takes more than 2weeks to arrive, then there is no update why it is late, and it is not a engine part, just a side fender.
2.Just cleaning the vehicle from outside, no care at all from inside, not even checked the sliding door of my maaruti Ecco, they don't have foam wash to clean the vehicle from inside , but for a free 3rd servicing they charged me 2000 bucks, moreover kept on calling and messaging that sir please rate our service.no vacuum done, I have never criticized any service sector industry in my life , cause I too belong to the same as a PSU banker, but this is to extreme.
