★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I have a good experience here . I came here for servicing my WagonR... I found staff behavior polite and helpful,. Servicing was done on time but washing issue happens so they told to come next day.. I visited next day @ 8:45 am.. The first car they took for washing was my car... I was there watching how are they working.. I was amazed to see their work because they are well trained and nice behavior people... At least 5 workers are on one car... Deep cleaning by water, vacuum, hand ✋ was done to my car, proper security was taken care of... After servicing they took me to a ride to Check if any more problem is there to satisfy me..... Overall I want to say that they take care of even a minute details during servicing or washing... . I had a great experience here so giving 4 stars.... A suggestion I want to add.. The sitting space in public lounge is very less... A few chairs will be there.... So if that department ? works on this definitely it's good for customers waiting area... also I found reasonable charges for either labour or other services as compared to other centers which I preferred services earlier.... The staff is trained and cooperative... I even clicked some picks which you can see in photos section.. Some construction ? is Taking place here.. Maybe they are renovating or expanding.... Infrastructure is also good here...

I learnt at the time of car delivery that he tried to paste XL 6 CROME garnishing( which i refused to buy) on and above My Ertiga's Front Headlight lamp i dnt know why ...... that too i get to know because I found a certain discolouration above the headlights on both sides of cars...and the cleaner told me the whole story and tried to convince me "Aap bhi Chrome lagwa lena..isko zyada ghisenge to Paint utar sakta hai"???... Big Salute to These Khatron ke Khiladis... !!!!
Well an adjusting customer like Me can sometime get angry on these pity issues and then they brought some rubbing to clean that thing...and finally spots got removed.
Delivery experience can be made better by making a briefing session for customer
to understand much more important thing like how to uninstall the Stepney Tyre from lower region, where to keep fire extinguisher etc. But i can understand ...You have many deliveries to make in a day and You are always in a hurry!
So for all these Matters i can deduct a single Star from your Rating
But 4 stars for Your Online Sales Team And For Jagmohan Maruti Because Apne Gaadi De Di wo bhi time Se. Thankyou Ji Thankyou
