★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Got a telephonic appointment for refilling of air conditioning gas of my Maruti Suzuki Zen.on 25/7/2021. On driving down to your agency covering a distance of more than 10 km, no job card was made. A boy introduced to me as AC technician came, just opened the car Bonet and asked me to start the car. He examined for a few seconds, told me that gas is fine and compressor is faulty and needs to be replaced
He told me that here we have to order it and it shall take a week or so. He referred me to a private agency in Kangra for a quick replacement. I went there on 27/7/2021 and on examining the compressor, the Technician told me that the compressor is perfect and only gas filling is required which he did. Such type of attitude, calling a person from more than 10 km distance and then playing fraud on him by misguiding him to benefit a private agency reflects very poorly on your agency.
Kindly take suitable action so that in future, customers do not face harassment that I was subjected to.

But still My car is not coming in your Agency ithink that in your Agency Employees making all the client fool please sir /Madam Tell me the last date of coming of my car or other wise Return my Token Money ? or Booking amount
