★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides labour charges for Servicing they also charged for caliper pin greasing charges which is wrong. Caliper pin greasing is part of periodic vehicle servicing. In the past also there were no such charges. This time they levied such charges which is not proper.
Further accessories were not available for which we will have to visit workshop again.

1). For my first service , I need to wait for 6 Hour in their waiting room.
2). I had not received my fog lamp fitted till now, as time is gone more than one month.
3). As I need some repair in my car, I am came with my car in their service and waiting in their waiting room to get my car repair.But at the end of day like i am waiting for more than 5 hour then they gave my car untouched not repaired and told me to come next week.Totally wastage of time.

For Change my car shockers I go to karnal motor kurukshetra. Results given below:-
1st visit - After getting one day advance
confirmation from karnal motor kkr I was there for my car front shockers change.
But get reply from them - shockers not available.
No benefit taking advance confirmation
2nd visit - I go after getting call from karnal motor. They said to me your car shockers are available now you please come.
Butwhen I go there I get reply from them - your car shockers is ok.
I get only harassment
Nothing else.
