★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three mistakes of my life. 1) i excanged my car 2) I purchased car from Kiran Motors, 3) I trusted Maruti Suzuki as customer friendly brand.
There sales team is nothing more then thug who won't hesitate to give huge pain to their customer to fullfill their targets. there customer support team is more supportive to their team members' wrong did then their customers. Their so called managers will be busy covering the mistakes of their team members then managing the customer satisfaction.
And after getting frustration from all the end when you contact Maruti Suzuki, they will redirect you to the dealer!! What to say!! Pathetic and poor customer experience providers.
