The so called senior Mr. Aj......, Was so rude and arrogant and proud for I don't know why.
Please make your sales and customer interaction team undergo intense traing on customer relationship management and handling. Atleast they should know the polite way to say NO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesmen are not properly trained, even they are not interested to attend queries properly. Sometimes they shows that they are helping you but infact they are pressurizing you to buy something else instead of what you want to buy.
Sometimes they show you a product and says you have to pay this much amount. After some time, after discussing with his senior, they told that now, you have to pay some increased amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad. I got my car serviced in January 2022. They took charges of coolant. In April I noticed that coolant is empty. Now I doubt that they performed other tasks in service or they just added in bill.

Some woring signal also shows in my car.I think rohan motor now not interested for service providing. Very bad business ethics
