★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to the showroom was a casual one and referred to by my friend (October 2018). The place exemplifies class and I can still feel that little embarrassment within when I first walked in in my shorts, sleeveless T and slippers. ?
*Ambience* ?
Located on Durg bypass road with easy accessibility through the service lane (kaccha road as on date). Adjacent to the premises is tru-value showroom with almost 70 - 80 cars put up for display on open land as in foreign countries. Arena showroom is sheer delight to customers. Automatic glass doors at entrance open up to strategically positioned helpdesks, self-help kiosks, a pantry and shining cars put up for display. In spite of abundant natural lighting, focus lamps and artificial lighting enhance beauty of the contemporary interiors. There's also an accessories lounge wherein you would find interactive TV to help you design / modify your own car with plenty of options.
*Staff* ?
Thorough professionals, supposedly hand-picked for their skills, enthusiasm and politeness. Customers are given due respect and importance with comprehensive assistance. The basement is dedicated to workshop / body-shop / service centre. I didn't find any shortage of manpower. There's a dress code for employees too. In my interaction and experience, I have seen the staff stretching above and beyond their scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Products* ?
Cars put up for display might seem attractive but wait till you see some actual car being delivered to the customer. I would not blame them, as it is a business strategy. Cars put up for display are fully loaded with accessories which otherwise depend on availability in model selected by customer.
All in all, the idea is to mesmerize customers into buying cars with all that glitter and lustre. Otherwise for what would any such showroom stand? ?
