★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever customers have problems about vehicle executive didn't help properly.My new tyre had burst jk tornado which was run hardly about 5o km.when I was contacted to Mr. Deshmukh sales executive he said that there is no warranty 0n tyre after 3 year. But my point is that tyre was not run more than 50 km so u must cover warranty. I think it is harrashment 4 me. And I think that I should go further for my claim.

But servicing of car is much expansive then Himalaya Maruti yavatmal, Even servicing chargers are less then seva .... if you had some repairing work of parts but they directly change that part not to repair it ?? & there is much difference in parts prices also ? seva Maruti is more costly then Himalaya Maruti yavatmal???

Location is nice but place is very small. Customer lounge is very small it should be modify and more entertaining. There should be more display car.

Would have given 0 stars if that were an option
I had some issues while on my journey from Aurangabad to Nagpur. I was travelling along with my Husband & 82 year old Mother in Law. I visited this service center since it was an authorized one and was on our way. The staff didnt care enough to look into our matters and delivered our car within 3 hours without resolving the actual issue. Furthermore, they charged us a sum of Rs 5000/- which they demanded in cash which we didnt had since we were travelling. They very much forced us to pay the amount in cash. After much discussion they took us on the another floor where they informed us that they'll accept credit cards but levy an additional 2% charge on the amount. Why the addictional 2% charges on cards ? In this era, the nation advices its citizens to go for digital payments but how can we implement this if such unreasonable heavy charges are levied on the payments ?
We dont mind paying the amount but the staff should have at least bothered to look into our main issue and resolve it.
