Multiple calls, reminders all to deaf ears. All the best if you are planning from this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience while purchasing car. They missed the commitment of delivering car with number plate. send new car full of dirt. After that customer support executive lady misbehave over phone. Tells customer you can do anything she don't care, don't even listen customer complaints. Still struggling to get things sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing my previous review. Store manager is sweet but be VERY CAREFUL about what your relationship manager promises. Their promises are FAKE. Keep your voice recorder on when you speak to them so that they can't lie on your mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in long terms with Starburst Motors Kalyani. But its the first time I took a vehicle for myself. Please do kindly read this article for detailed review.
First .. The Delivery usually happens after a couple of months since we made the booking back in September - October's we got it in February. So be mentally prepared for delivery.
Second.. there are no hidden charges * I repeat again there are no hidden charges no one charges u hidden charges in the name of RTO or any other thing nothing ... no hidden charges ( charges do apply for Fancy Numbers according to CHARGE SHEET by RTO )
THIRD ... Well behaved staff, the sales team is very well behaved and are knowledgeable people who know what they are doing. It is good to see such hard working diligent people.
Fourth ... The way the car is delivered is awesome no scratches nothing ...
In a word very satisfied with Starburst Motors on my personal experience some of the best delivery I've had in years
One flaw .. for pandemic and all there I'd no cake cutting no celebration nothing but I believe they'll resume that in a few months ?
