β β β β β Today just now I went to this Showroom for Test drive but they are giving excuses due to Corona they are not giving test drive. I said them, i will not drive, I will seat only in car. Actually i want to check AMT transmission performance in Maruti car.
Apart from Maruti other company Kia, Nissan and all other giving test drive to customers.
Employee who was talking with me, she was not professional. She unable to explain the features of car properly.
Bad experience with Maruti Dealer employee.

β β β β β This showroom workers are not customer friendly. They are only working for money. This showroom can publish two bills with different amounts on the same bill. Beware they sold already sold car to customer as new one. And also registered the car in RTO. Insurance claim are only on your risk. Just for normal bill we have to talk to General Manager in conference call. Behaviour of showroom manager is not customer friendly. On receiving time and delivery time two different employees are there who confuse you.

β β β β β I bought a Ertiga CNG VXI from this place on 24th Dec 2021 and since then everything was delayed starting from vehicle registration to installation of Accessories as I stay in Vadodara and the showroom is in Mehsana, moreover I was supposed to get back difference amount in Insurance from Starline which was a long delay from Starline Cars, however after getting in touch with Ms. Aditi Rastogi everything was swift, she managed to resolve my issues within no time.
She is indeed an asset to the company.
