One suggetion i like to place please arrange seprate invoice for file and consumer item charges and seprate invoice to be sent to insuranse which ahould not includes entire charges

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service you'll find anywhere. Avoid the place as much you can. There are way better service providers in the city. We had to get our car fixed from them owing to odd circumstances under accidental claim. And everything that followed added to the anxiety. They didn't have any online follow-up in their computer systems at first. We couldn't get any updates when we called them to inquire. The last event was the nail in the coffin. The day we went to collect our car finally, we found the headlights and indicators not working... got them fixed then and there, which took about 2 hours again. The pump missing from our car was an additional point of carelessness. Then we got to know, the central lock wasn't working because they forgot to put the wire in place. The other day the engine wasn't working right and there were huge chances of mishap. On corresponding the same to them, the mechanic told us that they forgot to check this one out and it was their mistake. They got it fixed and the 'owner' claimed labour charges with a justification that it took 3 hours for the labour. I mean seriously? We had to visit them for four days regularly.. because they themselves had not done their job right, and yet, we were asked to pay more. Pathetic.
