★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my Wagon R for routine service to Dream Machine. They did service efficiently. I can definitely say, it was better than reputed MARUTI dealer in Vadodara. Car was washed properly. Pick up & drop service was also offered. Thanks to Madam & wish her good success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to these very unprofessional people. I never faced such people even on any roadside garage also. I tried it for the first and last time today and experience forces me to write this review.
After opening my car, the service person called me for an estimate and he was considering battery service also which was actually recently (2 months ago) changed. He added even a few more things which I doubt and looks like he added some more parts which are not demanding a replacement. I visited him again and removed those parts from his estimate.
Once again in the evening, they called me to collect my car and then I faced a nightmare at "dream machine". Visibly very poor quality of inside cleaning and the best part is not even a service in charge lady don't have any kind of regret for this. In fact, her response is even worse than the cleaning person.
This is how the Dream machine turns to be a nightmare to me. Beware before going there unless you like a nightmare.
