★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time, I have visited Rahul Motors for serving my Swift Dezire car. Service quality is satisfactory & all staff are very cooperative. However, in contrary to the normal practices in all Maruti service station that they have not returned me the old spares.
Secondly, there's lot of scope of improvement in the cleanliness of the toilet for the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their workshop and wasted 45 mins in waiting for a service manager Nikki & Ajit to tell me if they will be able to repair the door handle of my car and then another 2 hours waiting for a call back which never happened. Then got the car handle replaced at another Maruti authorized service center within 15 minutes.
